As an experienced industry leader, we are committed to respecting and protecting our customer’s privacy. We use security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and mistaken alteration of data used by our system. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with any third party, except in the circumstance where we are legally compelled to do so. Otherwise, no one gets access to your information, ever. We do not sell or rent any such information.

Terms & Conditions

1. After the PO confirmation, Sales orders are not subject to cancellation or change unless authorized by ROSSONIX.

2. Neither party shall be responsible for delays in deliveries caused by strike, shortage of material, delays in transportation, or other contingencies beyond that no parties control.

3. All shipments will be made Ex-work Shenzhen CN. The buyer should pay the shipping fee and has the right to select the carrier. Buyer assumes all responsibility for material lost or damaged in transit.

4. Buyer shall inspect all Goods promptly upon receipt thereof and may reject any Goods that are damaged, defective, or fail in any material way to meet manufacturer’s specifications. To reject any Goods, buyer must notify Seller in writing of its rejection and the reason within 5 days after receipt the package (for new and unused items) & within 90 days for used items.

Returns & Refunds Policy

RMA/Return Policy:

1. All returns require an RMA number which must be prominently displayed on the box. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Please call ROSSONIX CO.,LTD for authorization. Return of such product shall be for repair, replacement or in house credit.

3. RMA #’s will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of request and are valid for 7 days. If ROSSONIX CO.,LTD does not receive the RMA products within 7 days, the RMA #’s will be VOID and new RMA# is required.

4. Any defective product sold by ROSSONIX CO.,LTD, which was not sold on an AS IS basis, may be returned for replacement or credit at our option within the warranty period for that product. The item must be packaged appropriately and safely for the return shipment. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and ROSSONIX CO.,LTD will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. Replacement product will be shipped by the same means as the original shipment. ROSSONIX CO.,LTD tests all returned products. If the unit fails the replacement or credit will then be processed. If the unit tests good, a credit will be issued less 30% restocking fee.

5. Any item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted as an RMA.

6. Any product that has a missing label or serial number will not be accepted for RMA.

7. If a portion from a multi-item shipment is returned and a credit or refund is issued, only that portion of the transportation cost will be refunded.

8. ROSSONIX CO.,LTD sells to customers that are operationally knowledgeable about the products they are buying. Therefore, we do not provide operational support as a part of the purchase.

Refunds Policy:

1. All returns for refund must be in as-shipped condition.

2. You have two weeks from the date of shipment to return the merchandise.

3. Package must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

4. There will be a 5% processing fee for a credit back to customer’s credit card account.

5. Shipping and bank service charges are not refundable.

6. All sales are final and no refunds will be made, unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
